Elbow Pain

Tennis elbow. Repetitive strain injury. Lateral epicondylitis. Tendinopathy

We treat elbow pain

This problem is often caused by overuse or by a repetitive strain injury of the forearm muscles.

When your muscles or tendons are strained, tiny tears develop, and inflammation occurs.

If this injury cycle is repeated without allowing time for your muscles to heal, then a repetitive strain injury (RSI) can occur.
