Our meditation classes warmly welcome all individuals, whether seasoned practitioners or novices taking their first steps into this enriching journey of self-exploration and tranquility.

When: Weekly on a Monday evening 6 PM – 7.15 PM

Introduction to Dr. Jonathan Segal

Dr. Jonathan Segal, a retired local GP, who has been practicing meditation personally for over 20 years and as an instructor, in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, is the guide for these sessions.

These meetings are open to anyone to dip into as life allows, even if you have never done meditation before There will be some development of your skills of course, deepening your practice of meditation, the longer you attend.

Meditation may help if you have a medical condition.
